Help with CBT therapy - Learn how to help yourself

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is an umbrella term for different therapeutic approaches and REBT (Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy) is the oldest approach, developed by the late (and great) Dr. Albert Ellis in the 1950's.

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave.
It cannot remove your problems, but can help you accept them and manage them in a more positive way.

A few CBT sessions will help you understand why you feel and behave the way you do

CBT is a time-limited therapy and often within 6-8 sessions you will see significant results.
