Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is
an umbrella term for different therapeutic approaches and REBT (Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy) is the
oldest approach, developed by the late (and great) Dr. Albert Ellis in the 1950's.
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a talking
therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the
way you think and behave.
It cannot remove your problems, but can help you accept them and manage them in a more positive
