I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, specialized in REBT (Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy).
I'm a member of BABCP and AREBT and have full Personal Professional Indemnity Insurance and receive regular supervision for my therapeutic work.
Having had more than 10 years working in mental health (in Higher
Education institutions, an NHS mental health
trust, a GP Surgery and a hospital) I have gained experience working with a variety of issues, of different degrees of complexity .
