Help with CBT therapy - Learn how to help yourself

My name is Fay Kalapoda and I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. 

CBT, or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, is a talking therapy. It has been proved to help treat a wide range of emotional and physical health conditions in adults, young people and children.

During this type of therapy you will learn to change your unhelpful feelings and behaviours through exploring your thinking about past, present or future life events.

Rather than focusing on what is outside your control you will learn valuable tools and techniques on how to help yourself by changing what is within your control.

The goal is for you to build up at tool-kit for life so
      YOU CAN become your own CBT therapist  

My goal as a therapist is for you to leave therapy having a new-found confidence knowing how to help yourself in the future and cope effectively with whatever life throws at you.
